He was.  Goku has beaten Piccolo and then eaten a Senzu, giving him a Saiyan power boost (though we don't know about those yet).  He goes up to Kami's and can't even touch Popo, who effortlessly batters him around...and then Kami defeats him with the mere flick of a finger.

They couldn't fight Piccolo because of certain heavenly rules that restrict when they can actively intervene on Earth, and no, we aren't told what they are.

That was filler. There is no way Popo would of been able to hold of 2 Super Saiyans, as young as they maybe.

lol, I put Farmer w/ shotgun because there's a whole fanclub on Atari based on him. XD He could be in a farming mini-game or something. And it would be awesome seeing a cutscene of Gumball Vegito beating up Super Buu...or even better, a mini-game where you play as Gumball Vegito.

I put Hitler cause well Goten and Trunks have a fight against him and it could show it as a cutscene just for fun. And I don't know if Dende and Guru will be counted as a Generic Namekian, but I put them in anyways.
