CREATE-A-CHARACTER

This mode will allow you to create your own customized fighters. You can choose the appearance, race, abilities and even create your own custom transformations for your character.

Who presents this mode?
Dr. Gero will guide you through the steps into making your customized fighter. The mode is presented in Gero's lab, with a variety of blueprints and computers scattered in the background.

The steps
Dr. Gero will greet you and you will be guided towards one of his computers there you can either create a new fighter or load and customize an old one. Once you choose to create a new fighter you will be able to pick from four races to start off; Human, Saiyan, Namekian or Alien (similar styles to Frieza's Henchmen). If you choose Human or Saiyan you are able to choose either male or female. From there on you are able to customize your fighters looks, race specific clothing (+ colour of clothing), abilities, name and so on.

Human, Saiyan customization
Size - Tall (Goku's height) or short (Krillin's height) fighter
Skin Colour - Light or Dark
Hair Style
Face

After customizing physical appearance you are able to customize clothing:

Shirt
Pants
Shoes
Armour
Extra - Wristbands, gloves, belt, logo

Namekian customization
Head - Different styles similar to the ones availible in Dragonball Online
Skin Colour - Light or dark shade of green
Face

After customizing physical appearance you are able to customize clothing:

Shirt
Pants
Shoes
Armour
Extra - Wristbands, gloves, belt, logo

Alien customization
Head - Alien heads similar to those of Appule, Cui, Blueberry etc.
Skin Colour - Any colour

After customizing physical appearance you are able to customize clothing:

Shirt
Pants
Shoes
Armour
Extra - Wristbands, gloves, belt, logo

Transformations
Next you have the optio to create your own custom transformation for your character. Instead of Super Saiyan, Full Potential etc. you create a seperate character and name the transformation. For instance:

I create a custom Saiyan character called Azel. I then create a custom Saiyan character called Super Saiyan who has the same appearance as Azel except with golden hair.

All transformation created characters are saved into a seperate 'folder' type section.

Abilities
Once you have finished creating your character you can equip capsules. All generic capsules will be availible as well as race specific capsules. You are also able to equip custom made transformations.

Race specific capsules
Human - Anger
Saiyan - Blutz Ball, Saiyan Blood, Saiyan Tail
Namekian - Mystic Arm, Regeneration, Anttena Beam, Namekian Force
Alien - Loyalty to Frieza, Loyalty to Cooler

Name
You are now ready to finish with naming your custom character. A set of race specific names can be chosen or you can create your own.

You know how I feel about create-a-character  I don't like it personally, though the way you've mapped it out is better than some of the ones I've seen on Atari Community. I wouldn't have it presented by Gero though...don't know why.

Yeah, I know you don't want one but I have simplified it and we may aswell have it in the database if where gonna use it or not. Who would of you got to present it? I thought Gero would of been the ideal choice seing as he does 'create fighters'.

Even when I think the same as Kamiccolo about this mode, I like how you did it. And i think that Gero, being the presenter its a good idea.

I guess this mode its a good idea, in case a player want to play as characters that in the end, didnt get into the game.

Also, what should the human and alien race specific capsules be? What about:

Alien: Loyalty to Frieza, Loyalty to Cooler,
Namekian: Namekian Force

I don't know what the Human race could have.

Great and well thought out. Like Kamiccolo I'm not for this mode but you've done a good job of mapping it out.

Maybe there could also be a way online for people to play as other people's created characters?

Like they have for custom stages in SSBB.

good idea, like you can load your characters onto the net and you can dowload other players characters.
