Time to do a DB character for a change . (one of my favs)

Master Mutaito

Finger Blast Activated as a counter, the user evades the opponent attack, and trows a strong rotating punch, then suddenly sopping it on the face of the opponent, after that a finger comes out of the fist, and after releasing Ki, the finger touches the forhead of the opponent, send him flying back very quickly. Waterfall Splitter The user extends his arm forward, releasing Ki around it, then cross his arms on the chest, to gather more Ki, to finally extends the arm pointing at the opponent, shooting a small but very powerfull beam. Ki Knowledge Ki, and Ki control greatly increased at the start of the battle by 20% Fighting Stance Speed and Defence Increased at the start of the battle by 20% Opponent Analysis Ki, Attack, and speed of the opponent decreased slowly to 30% trough the battle White GI White GI as seen in Dragon Ball

Maybe learning Kamehameha from his student Roshi?

Looks good, though, probably lower his Importance Rating to 1 perhaps  .

I like his support capsules, they really represent him being a master. Just clear up the ability explanations, I'm not quite sure I understand them.

Apart from those little things he is shaping up like a really unique character.

PS. Yeah, Kamehameha sounds like a good sub-ability, and I gave you another Power Level.

Master Mutaito

Finger Strike Activated as a counter of physical attacks, the user evades the opponent attack, and trows a strong rotating punch to the opponent's face, stopping it suddenly before hitting, the user then pops a finger out of the fist, and after some Ki surrounds the hand, the user strikes the opponents forhead with the finger, send him flying back very quickly and dealing normal damage. Waterfall Slicer The user extends his arm toward the opponent, releasing Ki around it, then bend his arm crossing both arms on the chest to gather more Ki, to finally extends the arm again pointing it at the opponent, to shoot a small but very powerfull beam. Mafuuba Sucks the enemy into a spiraling vacuum, trapping them inside a container. Effective only while the enemy is HP < 25%.(Denshi Jar must be equipped) Ki Knowledge Ki, and Ki control greatly increased at the start of the battle by 20% Fighting Stance Speed and Defence Increased at the start of the battle by 20% Opponent Analysis Ki, Attack, and speed of the opponent decreased slowly to 30% trough the battle Denshi Jar The original electrical rice cooking device, used to seal strong opponents inside. My Students the Tortoise and Crane With Roshi and Crane along his side, Mutaito attack increases by 10%. Kamehameha Character is able to equip this ability after 20 vs battles with Master Roshi as an ally. Dodon Ray Character is able to equip this ability after 20 vs battles with the Crane Hermit as an ally. White Gi White GI as seen in Dragon Ball

I used the original Japanese move name of the Evil containment wave, and the rice cooker, to be different form the other character versions, also the hp limit rised to 25%, because its the original .

I forgot, was Crane Hermit his student as well? If so he should have Dodon Ray too as a sub.

Was the original explanation of the Evil Containment Wave copied from Master Roshi's? If not, it probably should be, however you can raise the number to 25% if you want.

I didn't now that the Crane Hermit was a student of Mutaito until I wached the video. Then I thought well if the Crane Hermit was a student make Mutaito have the Dodon Ray.

Yep, I copied it, and removed the part where he gets trapped instead of the oponent. As he is the "inventor" of the move

I don't like the name "My Students the Tortoise and Crane."

Perhaps "Mutaito's Pride" would be a better name.

I think this Character is nearly ready to be added.
