The first time I played this game I didn't quite know what I was doing. When I revisited it when I was more of a Dragonball Z fan and I had sampled some of the other early games out there, I realised how special this game actually was. This remains to this day, the closest you will ever get to Dragonball Z style fighting. The sprite graphics against a 3d background are cool, and the whole battle system will blow you away, it's fast, believe me. The story mode is excellent, and there is even a 2 player mode where you can choose whoever you have defeated or played as in story mode, however 2 player causes the camera to zoom out so much to capture both human players on screen it's hard to see what you're doing. Sadly, this game was only released in Japan, and I'm lucky to have stumbled across it. If you do, figure out what the menu buttons actually mean and you'll be alright. I seriously believe this game should be ported with some touch-ups and additions on the Nintendo DS. It's a must play for a DBZ fan. |

You'll have to show me this game in person if we ever meet, man.
I've seen some vids of it and I thought it looked really confusing.
