I like Burst Limit, but what I don't like is that they have held so much back with it for future game purposes. They should not have ended at the Cell Saga, they should have gone all the way to Buu, and put in some newer features so the game was tear away from Shin Budokai a little more. Oh, and never gotten rid of tournament mode.

Yes, that's true. The game is very simmilar to Shin Budokai. Just look at the special effects and the Ultimate Blasts. Allmost the same. That's a pity. If only they had more time to develop (the game has been 2 years in the making), they could have added th Buu saga too. (face it: developping the engine must have been one of the toughest jobs for this game. Wink) I guess online-mode has to make up for it's lack of features.

Wait...they got rid of the tournament mode?!  Cry

I agree! Not going up to the Buu saga sucks. But, they said that virtually all the characters up till the end of the Cell games will be in it. So, that should be quite a big roster. Also, if they get rid of tournament that is a big mistake!  Angry

Well, think it: they needed a lot of time to develop the engine for Ps3 and Xbox. Plus, the cutscenes and online compitability. They probably had a deadline (even though the game had been in development for 2 years  Shocked Shocked)...so this means they'll (hopefully) add the Buu Saga for the second part. Grin

If there is a second game, I could pretty much swear on anything that they're likely as heck to put Buu saga into it.

At first I was scepticle about this game. When I heard there was going to be a small roster and ended at the Cell Saga, that really turned me off. I didn't really watch for any updates for the game or anything like I did with T2 and T3. But, I was on youtube the other day and saw demo vids people put up, then I saw the storymode vid, and I was completely thrown away.  When I saw Chiaotzu with a tear in his eye, about to self-destrut, that definately changed my mind! I'm going to buy this game now.  The characters are so detailed and each are unique from one another.  I just need to by a PS3 first, and of course my mom is giving me a hard time about getting one. She doesn't want me "wasting" my money on one.

I know what you mean about that last bit, lol. The Ps3 is still very expensive though. I want to wait until the duelshock controllers are packaged with them before I buy one, but Buurcule (brother) keeps bugging me to get one now. All I need is some money  Cheesy

LOL, are you the older brother?  See, I have the money it's just the problem of "parting" with the money. I'm trying to save up my money and I just don't want to let go of 400 dollars in a snap.  I was also thinking about buying the 600 dollar one since it's backward compatable but I opted out of it seeing I have PS2 that's about a year old and it should work fine for at least another 5 years.  Being in college doesn't help either. There's just so much you have to spend and you have to think to yourself, "Should I spend this money on a PS3, something I don't need?  Or should I put the money towards books?  It's crazy though, my text books usually cost about 500 dollars all together. Plus it doesn't help that I'm already 10,000 dollars in debt, It will be 40,000 once I finish college.  Then there's my mom who has seen me looking at PS3's online, and told me NOT TO BUY ONE. So I know if she comes home one day and see's one in my room, she'd totally flip at me.

I'm staying with just my Wii, so I have no opinion on this game one way or another, as long as they still make another Sparking/BT. Smiley

I'm starting to think that I don't want to buy it just now.  Maybe in about another year or two when the PS3's price goes down and Burst Limit's price goes down.
